5th Grade:  (Reminder: Binder Checks every other Thursday!)

• Tuesday: Quiz tomorrow, Wednesday 10/12/11: Students should come prepared with math binders to use as a guide during quiz.  Students should also look over extended response to see if they have any questions
• Wednesday: Finish “Writing Big Numbers” Copy all the numbers your wrote in standard form onto the Place Value Chart on the back.  You will use this to help you in Study Island on Thursday morning

• Monday-Mystery Number: Students should finish up creating number sentences for their mystery numbers and decorate their pages
• Tuesday-Extended Response: Students use the extended response organizer to compelte a story problem
• Wednesday: Create a table of variables and corresponding values.  Label each variable as numerical or categorical
• Friday: Finish Explore questions from Eyelet lab.  Student Guide pg 8-9

7th Grade: (Reminder Binder Check Wednesday 9/21)

• Tuesday: Extended Response: Students should complete the extended response problem from class
• Wednesday: Graph jumping jack data from class.  Add new words from lessons 1.1 and 1.2 into the glossary section of your binder
• Thursday: ACE problem #1: Popcorn
• Friday: Finish Investigation 1.4/Applications 7-8 on page 20
